This collar features a woven Southwestern style ribbon in blue with a blue plastic buckle & stainless steel D ring. Lined with velvet ribbon.

HOW TO MEASURE:
Use a measuring tape to measure the radius of your dog's neck at it's widest point (where the collar would usually sit). When choosing a collar size it should be 1 to 2" bigger than your dog's neck (the equivalent of being able to slide 2 fingers between the collar and the neck).
