Choosing Your Product

It is entirely the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the product(s) you have chosen are suitable for your pet. Trendy Setters selects high quality materials to make its products but it is recommended that you check them daily for any signs of wear over time. As most of the metal ware is plated (apart from solid brass D rings/triglides), it is advised to clean hardware off after each use to promote longevity. Returns/Refunds

If you decide you are not 100% happy with your purchase, Trendy Setters can offer an exchange or refund provided that the items are in unused, pristine condition & free from any dog hair (this will be the original purchase price minus any original P&P costs).

You are responsible for postage costs of items being returned and we recommend that you use a recorded/tracked delivery service as we cannot be responsible for items lost in the post.

Faulty items

If the goods we deliver are damaged or defective , we shall have no liability to you unless you notify us in writing of the problem within 14 working days of the delivery of the goods in question. If your item is damaged within 60 days we can offer a refund or replacement but this does not include general wear and tear.

IMPORTANT: All our products are crafted to be high in quality and durable but the life span of the product will depend on the activity levels etc of the dog. General wear and tear will occur as with all items that are worn on a regular basis- if we buy a t-shirt and then rip it running through the woods, this is wear and tear- literally!

Repetitive use can cause wear to the hardware and we recommend that you check it regularly, as forceful contact with hard items such as stones can severely weaken the buckles. It is recommended to hand wash items only as machine washing can weaken the buckles.

*IMPORTANT*

The Antique Brass and Rose Gold Metalware are the most susceptible to water damage and if in frequent contact (particularly salt water) or left wet, then they can be prone to rust and corrosion. We therefore recommend that products with antique brass/rose gold hardware are not used for water loving dogs! We are very happy to make this design with silver coloured Metalware which uses stainless steel D ring- please just ask!
