Shipping policy

Most of the items currently listed for sale are made to order, which I endeavour to make within 1-3 working days and dispatch via Royal Mail. If an item is on backorder, delivery time will be longer as I am likely waiting for items from my suppliers.

If you need something quicker, please contact me via the contact page prior to ordering . If you see something you like that is out of stock, please enquire using the contact page (sometimes I will have no more ribbon/fabric of that design but if I do I am happy to make the item up for you, it will just delay the order slightly)!

To keep p&p costs as fair and reasonable as possible there are 3 flats rates based on the size and weights of individual items. This covers postage AND packaging costs- I do not profit on any postage charges (if you see a postage increase, this is because Royal Mail have increased their rates).

 

Free UK standard delivery when you spend £50 or more. These orders will be sent via tracked delivery.
