Jacquard ribbon on 50mm webbing with crushed velvet lining for comfort. Antique brass fittings. NB: This ribbon has a loose weave and can therefore hitch, most commonly if a dog scratches at the collar- so it may be best to opt for a fabric variety if your dog is a collar scratcher!

TO MEASURE: Take 3 measurements:
A (largest point including ears)
B (smallest part of neck behind ears)
C (where the collar would naturally sit -around the middle of the neck. A&B may be the same in sighthounds breeds).
The collar needs to be large enough to fit over the head at point A but not too large that it won’t fit correctly at B. Point C is where the collar naturally sits when relaxed.
When in situ on your dog, when you pull on the D ring on the control loop, the two sides of the loop shouldn’t touch (if they do, the collar is too loose and can be tightened with the triglide).
