9-13" Pink/Blue Rose Flowers Fabric Collar

This collar features a lovely floral fabric with blue coordinating plastic side release buckle & triglide. This is a thinner/lighter weight webbing (but still strong) for those who want less bulk!

Small size: 9-13" circumference, 20mm wide.

HOW TO MEASURE:

Use a measuring tape to measure the radius of your dog's neck at it's widest point (where the collar would usually sit). When choosing a collar size it should be 1 to 2" bigger than your dog's neck (the equivalent of being able to slide 2 fingers between the collar and the neck).
